Job Description
- Execute recruiting plan and follow up on the interview process status.
- Screen applicant's CVs to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
- Job posting.
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers, and work closely with them to identify, draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates.
- Completing timely reports on employment activity.
- Onboarding plans and educates newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
- Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees.
- Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications or regular email bulletin.
- Assist in planning, creating and implementing each year’s training courses and Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress.
- Seek and gather information from management, employees, and other departments regarding the effectiveness of completed training courses and constantly seek to improve.
- Train new hires on company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- At least 7 years in HR Generalist mainly handling Payroll, Personnel and Recruitment.
- BA degree in Human Recourse or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- HR Certificate is preferred
- Excellent Microsoft office user.
- Good command of the English language.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Highly Organized.
- Strong people skills.
