Job Brief:
We’re looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, A sales representative is a professional who establishes and manages Client relationships. They are their point of contact, and they lead the Client from the initial outreach to the purchase.
Role Description:
- Generate and qualify leads within the Educational sector through outbound prospecting and direct communication with them.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase Schoolsynchub LMS,SMS System's value to prospects.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and deals in documents or spreadsheets.
- Collaborate closely with the sales manager and colleagues to develop strategies and improve performance.
- Provide feedback to management and the support team based on customer interactions.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions within the Educational, Schools or related industries.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with confidence in presenting to business owners and decision-makers.
- Target-driven, motivated by achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple opportunities at once.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting is a plus.
- A growth mindset with eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
