Job Description
- The Retail Manager will oversee all the daily Operations of the Store. They need to be passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service and driving sales and all KPI.
- They will manage the store’s employees, including hiring, performance evaluation, scheduling and assigning duties and responsibilities by training, coaching, and developing the team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in retail or equivalent degree of education and experience.
- Minimum of 6-8 years as an operations Manager in a large retail organization/Specialty Electronics Chain.
