Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for construction and steel structure projects.
- Coordinate with site and technical teams to identify manpower requirements
- Prepare and publish job advertisements for construction and steel structure positions
- Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong database of construction and steel structure manpower.
- Ensure timely hiring aligned with project schedules.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3: 5 years of experience in recruitment within construction and contracting companies, including Steel Structure projects.
- Proven experience in recruiting for Construction sites, infrastructure projects and Steel Structure.
- Strong background in hiring engineering and technical staff, including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Steel Structure Engineers, Site Engineers, Technicians, Foremen, Welders, Fabricators, and skilled labors.
- Solid understanding of the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviews, selection, onboarding).
- Experience in mass hiring and project-based recruitment
- Strong coordination skills with project managers and technical departments
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Time to Hire: Meet agreed hiring timelines for construction and steel structure roles.
- Hiring Plan Fulfillment: Achieve monthly and project manpower targets.
- Quality of Hire: Successful probation completion rate.
- Offer Acceptance Rate: Maintain a high acceptance ratio.
- Early Turnover Rate: Reduce attrition during probation period
- Stakeholder Satisfaction: Positive feedback from project and department managers
