Job Description

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce bluworks HR solutions and generate qualified leads.
  • Engage with decision-makers in targeted industries, particularly F&B, to understand their HR management needs.
  • Present and explain the features and benefits of bluworks products, tailoring messaging to client requirements.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and referrals to maximize conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies and campaigns.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Handle objections and resolve client concerns with professionalism and product knowledge.
  • Schedule product demonstrations and coordinate meetings between prospects and senior sales staff.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on client interactions and market trends.

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or outbound sales roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Comfortable working independently in a home-based (remote) setting.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales productivity tools.
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical product features.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Resilience and persistence in handling rejection and overcoming objections.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
