As a travel Agent (operation), you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of one account only for our business.
From managing logistics for VIP clients to providing exceptional customer service, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our organization.

Job Specifications:
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for incoming and outgoing.
- Receive and process customer enquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with suppliers and agents to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing services to ensure accuracy.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
Job Requirements
NOTE: All candidates MUST be able to communicate fluently in English
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an operations agent or relevant role
- Demonstrable experience in negotiating prices and terms and conditions
- Knowledge of market research, data analysis and purchasing best practices
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong mindset with attention to detail
- Outstanding organizational skills.
Work conditions and packaging:
- 8 h per day from 10am to 6pm (and maybe from 9am:5pm)
- 2 days off (Fraidy and Saturday)
- Location: New Nozha - Joseph Titto.
