Job Description
- Design heating systems piping and networking according to the client’s layout.
- Make load calculations to determine how much heating power various equipment must put out in order to heat spaces when needed.
- Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints for new construction projects. They also draft new plans to design ductwork and piping systems.
- Calculate heat losses based on the types of systems needed.
- Determine costs for heating systems and write up detailed budget estimates.
- Responsible for writing technical and financial proposals.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the projects manager and site engineers when designing heating systems ….
- Attend all events and yearly exhibitions taking place in Greater Cairo i.e. (Le Marche, The Design Show... etc)
- Responsible to document any modifications on either the offer or the designs and save them on server and share them with the Accounting Department.
- Responsible for providing any needed explanations for the site engineers.
- Delivering needed reports.
- Undertake tasks as assigned.
- Follows and enforces all Bouri and Heat Master employee rules, procedures and policies including employee manual and safety regulations.
Job Requirements
- Mechanical Engineer
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a relevant discipline.
- AutoCAD and office.
- Project Management skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic
- Mechanical expertise – Design Engineers use their mechanical abilities to design complicated heating systems
- Multitasking –Design Engineers may work on many different heating projects at once, which requires a talent for multitasking.
- Male as his work may include site visits to collect data from sites for the technical offer
