Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospective clients in the digital marketing sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Present and promote Spark Marketing’s services, including social media management, content creation, and performance marketing solutions.
  • Conduct needs assessments and deliver tailored proposals to address client objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of marketing solutions.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
  • Represent Spark Marketing at virtual events, webinars, and networking opportunities to expand brand presence.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to help refine service offerings and client strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 year of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a remote work environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including social media, content creation, and paid campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all organizational levels.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving digital landscape.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
