- Maintaining the billing system.
- Establishing the collection plan and revising it.
- Generating invoices and account statements.
- Performing account reconciliations.
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
- Producing monthly financial and management reports.
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries.
- Assisting in general financial management and analysis.
Job Requirements
- Real estate experience is a must.
- From 3 to 5 years of working experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with financial analysis & reports and strong accounting background.
- Excellent Excel and database skills.
- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
