Job Description
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the medical and wellness sector for both individual and corporate clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to maximize membership growth.
- Present and clearly communicate AXON’s mini-med plans, highlighting key benefits and cost-saving features.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential areas for expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and ensure seamless onboarding.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, product improvements, and market dynamics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare, insurance, or wellness industry.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to work onsite and travel as needed to meet clients.
