Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Technical Office Engineer to join our team, specializing in the preparation and management of architectural shop drawings.
Job Description :
- Produce shop drawings with focus on aesthetics and cost control.
- Prepare, review, or adjust shop drawings for architectural activities and coordinate between different disciplines to solve any conflict between them
- Ensure the distribution of the approved shop drawings on all concerned parties.
- Produce quantity surveying of project’s materials and prepare the project’s BOM and BOQs
- Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction methods to enhance shop drawing practices.
- Contribute to process improvements for efficiency and quality in drawing preparation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture Engineering is a must.
- 3-5 years of experience (3 years at least in the same role).
- 3-5 experience in Finishing Works & Construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
