Job Description
- Responsible for screening CVs, conducting phone and Virtual / Face-to-Face interviews, and coordinating with the technical team on the feedback.
- Ensuring that all the data are properly kept and updated.
- Responsible for finding suitable candidates using sourcing platforms or headhunting if needed.
- Responsible for increasing recruitment channels for the organization and attending employment fairs whenever required.
Job Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of experience in recruitment
- Fluency in English is a must
- Software background is preferable
- Comfortable with a high volume of recruitment
