Job Description
- Responsible for planning and implementing all of the elements of a video project.
- Organizes budget and production.
- Creates and develops multimedia (audio/video) content for customer stories, internal company announcement videos, external promotional social videos, product marketing videos, recruiting videos, corporate training and other enterprise-wide projects .
- Works independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables
- Collaborates closely with internal clients and stakeholders to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content .
- Plans video shoots; scout, selects and reserves shoot locations and develops production schedules.
- Selects and hires additional crew and talent; direct and coach talent; make transportation arrangements for crew, talent and equipment; and ensure all location power needs are met .
- Reserves and rents equipment .
- Records and edits video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media.
- Manages video library.
- Evaluates analytics.
Job Requirements
- 4-6 years Experience working on film sets or as part of a production team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proven track record of delivering projects to the highest level of artistic and production value .
- Have a strong network in Egypt in the advertising/brand sector and for production resources.
- Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages .
- Experience in managing production and post production.
- Branding and marketing knowledge.
- Accounts and budgeting knowledge.
- Experience overseeing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Have an understanding legal elements around film and business, from contracts to negligence, delict and Intellectual property.
- Strong negotiation ability is a must.
- Extensive knowledge of video production equipment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, producing high quality work.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
