Job Description
Operation CS Main Responsibilities
- Call customers to confirm correct address.
- Call customers regarding unavailable items and availability to ship rest of order.
- Call customer regarding OOZ and availability to deliver to another address.
- Following up with After sales and CS requests on What’s app group.
- Following up with customer about them requests and order modifications.
- Arrange with WH supervisor regarding orders update and modifications.
- Deliver orders after getting update from customer to concerned person ( Print AWB , RTV ).
Job Requirements
- Preferably E-commerce & Fashion warehousing experience.
