Job Description
- Administrate and performs ERP systems administration duties and support core functions of the system
- Monitor, control and analyze system performance in order to maintain system availability, and performance.
- Gather future demands for systems, modules and reporting and communicate them internally and externally.
- Manages and participates in the upgrades to the environment and applications with the Technology Partner and vendor.
- Maintains technical maintenance calendar of events for the applications environments, operating system, and data.
- Troubleshoots issues and communicates effectively with technology partner and vendor support when needed.
- Communicates complicated technical concepts to non-technical customers.
- Provides the guidance and the required support to Technology Partner and vendor technical operators.
- Provide diagnostics to resolve complex technical problems.
- Adhere to and implement the company's internal security policies and guidelines related to level of access and permission.
- Provides training and support to less experienced System administrators and operators.
- Adhere to ITIL-based IT Service Management processes for incident, change and problem management.
- Customization in forms and reports
- User security
- Tasks including analysis, design, training, documentation, application setup and configuration, Customization, master data and opening balances import, testing and support
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from computer science or equivalent.
- 1 – 3 Years of experience in Dynamics 365
- Administration experience including the definition of security roles.
- Programming concepts, such as functions and input/output parameters, loops, and execution flow control.
- Very Good English both written and verbal
