Job Description
- Operation and maintenance of machinery and production devices.
- Operation and maintenance of machinery, special equipment, and facilities.
- Operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment for ventilation.
- Review all records machinery factory (log Books) and adoption.
- Regular maintenance of machinery and plant control.
- Regular maintenance of all equipment and hardware stores.
- Develop work of new installations and regular maintenance of existing facilities.
- Optimum selection for utility equipment with the best price.
- Optimum selection for production machines with the best price.
- Manage the projects and coordinate with the consultant and the contractor.
- Identify, characterize and request and follow local and import requirements for spare parts.
- Responsible for following up and inspect the received from domestic and imported spare parts.
- Participate in committees that, decide projects tendering for m/c Lines, extensions, miscellaneous, spare parts, and packaging materials.
- Cooperation with different departments to achieve the required productivity and quality plan.
- Oversee the maintenance of air conditioning and electrical and construction public administration building.
- Select the job description and job evaluation of engineering staff.
- Training and technical upgrading and maintenance crews.
- Do meet the requirements (ISO, GMP, and GEP) and additional amendments.
- Awareness of quality policy.
- Awareness of HSE policy.
- Trains motivate, develop, and evaluates staff involved in engineering to ensure that the function has the necessary skill base and that staff is optimally motivated and enabled.
- Preparing the objectives of the department and corresponding key performance indicators
- Sharing in hiring high-quality employees to strengthen department performance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree Engineering
- 15 years’ + experience in pharmaceutical operations, including at least 3 years as an engineering manager.
- The ability to lead a team to work efficiently
- Ability to work creatively for improvement to meet customer needs; using testing, evaluation, and enhancing procedures to meet the requirements.
- Ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
- Have the ability experiences to work on different dosage form lines and to lead projects.
- Has the ability to command the Engineering team.
- Has a good background enables him to solve arising problems in the pharmaceutical engineering field. {problem-solving}
- Has very good time management, communication, and computer skills
