Job Description
- Opening new accounts, markets and developing new business with existing clients.
- Develop proposals, contracts, and pricing for targeted accounts.
- Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members.
- Tracking sales achievements (KPIs) and report results as necessary.
- Building and maintaining business relationships with customers.
- Reporting accounts status and overseeing the account management activity.
- Identifying, negotiating, and closing new business opportunities.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Leading customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Propose the mid and long-term vision for the market, segments, and customers.
- Capture and share market information and trends on prices, products, and competition.
- Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with challenging client requests.
Job Requirements
- Min 5 years of experience in selling ERP application solutions
- Previous experience in selling MS Dynamics or similar applications
- previous experience in the Retail sector &/or Healthcare sector is an asset
