Job Description
- Performs daily sites inspection and supervises all electrical works.
- Plans & prepares the PM & CM schedule &technical reports.
- Monitors and records for all Department activities.
- Prepares and offers quotations for electrical works and task orders.
- Monitors work quality and provide proper advice for performance improvement & maintenance techniques.
- Conducts on-job training sessions for the technical staff as planned.
- Observes and monitors electrical stock warehouse.
- Manages and supervises contractors’ preventive maintenance.
- Ensures all technical staff is applying the safety rules and regulations.
- Does regular risk assessment and offers solutions and initiatives to mitigate risks.
- Assigns the technical team’s tasks and schedules.
- Performs weekly/monthly inspections on all electrical equipment/ systems at the site.
- Prepares technical monthly report with all electrical activities, consumed items, and equipment’s status.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years experience in Electrical Engineering (maintenance)
- Facility Management background is preferable
- Client Oriented
- Excellent command of the English language.

- Medium and low voltage power plants
- Diesel
- Generators
- Electrical panels
- Power factor correction units
- Elevators
- Energy consumption meters
- Power and control of chillers, primary, secondary, and condensing pumps
- Power and control of supply and exhaust fans
- Power and supply of fan coils, AC units, supply, and exhaust fans
- Lighting (daily patrolling)
- Motors
- IT Rooms (24/7 monitoring)
- UPS systems
