Al Amal Business Solutions is seeking a Learning and Development Manager for an Ultra Luxury Resort in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, designing, and delivering all training programs for the resort, ensuring the development and enhancement of skills to meet the organization's objectives. The role will be based in Saudi Arabia and will require previous experience in a senior Learning and Development role, preferably within the hospitality industry. Responsibilities
- Develop and design training programs that align with business objectives and meet organizational and individual needs.
- Manage and deliver on-site and remote training programs for new hires and existing employees in a diverse range of job roles.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms, ensuring continuous improvement and development.
- Manage and track the training budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions that meet the organization's financial objectives.
- Liaise with departmental managers to ensure the delivery of training and development aligns with business requirements and objectives.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including e-learning modules, manuals, and standard operating procedures.
- Oversee the training team and provide leadership and guidance to ensure effective delivery of training programs.
