Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic team in Cairo, Egypt. This is a Full-Time, On-site opportunity where you will play a crucial role in managing our financial health and ensuring operational excellence within the Accounting & Banking.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring all transactions are properly documented and categorized.
Handle daily cash transactions and petty cash.
Record cash receipts and payments.
Enter financial data accurately into the accounting system.
Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and payment records.
Assist with bank and cash reconciliations.
Check and organize accounting documents.
Assist the accounting team with daily financial tasks.
Maintain accurate and updated financial records.
Support month-end closing and reporting when needed.
Job Requirements
Required Skills
Good knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
Basic understanding of finance and financial transactions.
Ability to enter and maintain financial data accurately in the accounting system.
Experience with cash handling, petty cash, and daily transactions.
Ability to perform basic account and cash reconciliations.
Good Microsoft Excel skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to organize and maintain accounting documents and records.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Basic knowledge of General Ledger and accounting procedures.
Experience Requirements
2–4 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
Previous experience in cash handling and data entry is preferred.
