Job Description

  • Handle all Call Center Transactions including Inbound or outbound Calls, mail.
  • Responsible for satisfying customer and maintain good image for the group. 
  • He/she may answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary to collect customers’ feedback and ensure that they are fully satisfied with the service.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc. degree in business administration or any relevant field.
  • Cumulative grade must be good or above.
  • At least one year of experience in a call center environment.
  • Strong problem solving & analytical skills.
  • Team oriented personality.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bilingual speaker “English & Arabic” is a Must.
  • knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Very flexible and adaptive to new conditions or circumstances.
  • Proactive, service-oriented attitude and able to take our customer experience to the next level .
