Job Description
- Common duties and responsibilities include:(Arabic account) answering inbound calls
- Evaluating problems and complaints of the callers
- Providing proper solutions, responding to the needs of customers
- Selling and giving information on the products or services that e& Egypt gives to the customers.
Job Requirements
- University Degree is a must preferable in business administration, commerce or PR.
- Area of experience: Customer Care/Contact center
- Good in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral)
- Very good computer skills.
