• Have 2-4years of Takeoff & Estimating for painting or similar
• Knows the painting and the architecture plan sectiond and details
• Knows How to read the drawings
• Strong Excel skills (can create worksheets with formulas)
• knowledgeable in Takeoff softwares plus
