About the Job
- Maximize sales profitability, growth and account penetration within market segment by effectively selling iTech Solutions products and/or related services.
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in market segment to maintain, grow and generate new business for iTech Solutions products/services.
- Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
- Communicates via phone, emails, social media, and most importantly, in-person visits with presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Researches sources and leads for developing own prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
- Develops a clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
- Analyzes the market's potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers
- Creates and manages a customer value-added plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value-added opportunities.
- Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales preferably in software solutions and digital marketing services
- IT and Digital experience and knowledge is a must
- Proven Business Development and Prospecting Results

- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
