Job Description
- Focus on determining and managing key accounts in order to accomplish and advance sales budgets, and maximize opportunities to make sales
- Ensure that the appropriate products are brought to the right place and at the proper time so as not to miss the sales target needed to achieve a business plan.
- Take responsibility the business in Modern Trade Sales channel
- Negotiate the business contract with Customers “Hypermarket, Supermarket”
- Plan and control promotion programs, activities and Cost. Especially, cooperated activities in big Event with Customer.
- Achieve yearly, monthly sales target
- Make relationship with Top Level Head Quarter of Customer.
- Lead and make motivation Team.
- Monitoring daily, weekly sales results, key performance indicators, competitive activities and market trends on regular basis and report to all concerned.
- Maintains and expands “Distribution Expansion” customer base
- Leading the Modern trade sales team.
- Responsible for growing market share for company products
- Develop and lead effective go to market model
- Coordinate with Modern Trade account teams and customer marketing teams on plans and inputs to maximize sales from the channel.
- Generate revenue while participating in the development and implementation of the strategic sales plan for the company.
- Create business proposals for new and existing opportunities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, sales, marketing, or related field
- from 5 to 7 Years of experience in sales especially modern trade
- Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
