Job Description
- Duty Management of the Hospital.
- Incident management, investigation and reporting.
- Monitoring and managing staff on a day to day basis.
- Implementing and supervising the operations’ schedules.
- Duty Manager has a lead role in setting the management, coordination and monitoring framework for patient care delivery, access and improving systems and processes within shifa updated set of services.
- He shall act as an advocate for patients/clients and staff and promotes consumer involvement in care delivery.
- Duty Manager assists in delivering the best-in-class services delivered by the hospital, by increasing patient retention, ensuring higher level of satisfaction and avoiding/resolving disputes.
- Advise and support the Medical Director in the development and delivery of the long-term strategy for services.
- Monitor staffing levels within the teams, ensuring patient safety at all times.
- Ensure all staff maintains high levels of clinical competencies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Medicine is a must
- 1+ Years experience in related field
- Management skills
- Leadership skills
- Medical background is preferred
