Principal Functions

• Manages and overseas the operations of ADNOC 5G private Network covering both Mobile and Fixed Network to ensure smooth and seamless operations and maintenance of daily activities.
• Heading war room to overcome any complicated network failures and service degradation.
• To be a single point of contact for management during his duties.
• To orchestrate operation and maintenance responsibilities and ensure to achieve network KPIs and SLA.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Bears overall responsibility for the performance of Mobile and Fixed Network Operation.
• Oversees operation, prioritization and assignments of tasks during duties to achieve targeted SLA and KPIs
• Carryout comprehensive operations support such as provisioning, fault monitoring & handling, etc. for Mobile and Fixed network services.
• Directs and controls all troubleshooting and fault clearing activities and reporting of Network operation quality measurements.
• Interface closely with other functional heads, vendors, government authorities and other major stakeholders to ensure the resolution of key/ critical issues/ concerns.
• Provides professional guidance and support to subordinates in carrying out the assigned functions during the duties.
• Follow and lead crisis management process and ensure follow up, escalation, notification and service restoration as per agreed SLA and KPIs
• Form War room for critical cases and involve all SMEs to ensure service restoration and RCA identification.
• Ensure frequent update to management about any critical incident during the duties.
