Job Description
- Liaising with Marketing Manager to determine company's requirements, and timescale
- Managing the company's needs from typesetting through to graphic design, print and production.
- Developing concepts, graphics and layouts, including fonts, images, readability and readers’ needs.
- Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size based on company’s identity
- Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief.
- Amend designs after feedback
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.
- Keeping up to date with design and software trends.
- Liaising with external printers or production teams to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed or presented to the highest quality.
- Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
- Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.
- Creating and executing high-impact, aesthetically pleasing, contemporary designs and visuals — across a variety of media and platforms
- Preserve the brand’s integrity, including updating and maintaining brand guidelines,
- Reviewing materials for consistency and providing feedback to the marketing manager as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design
- 7+ years of experience in a Graphic designing
- Portfolio of completed design projects
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts
- Attention to visual details
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
- Advanced experience with Adobe creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects (Adobe Creative Cloud)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Creative mindset with high attention to details
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commitment to timelines, accuracy, organization, and professionalism
- Flexible under time requirements and changing deadlines
- Must be a team player with the ability to work independently
- A strong visual storyteller
- Results-oriented
- Consumer Retail and/or Ecommerce experience is preferred
- Military service is completed for male candidates
