Job Description

The Role

You’ll be responsible for working alongside the rest of the Digital Orks team to deliver outstanding digital marketing campaigns to our clients.

Your role as Media Buyer is to lead on accounts and support your wider team and line manager in delivering high-quality services to our clients.

At this stage in your career in digital marketing, you will be a confident practitioner in your area of specialization. 

You will lead on some of our most challenging accounts working closely with your line manager and more junior team members.

We’ll train and develop you tirelessly to prepare you for your next career step and help you join the rest of the team in delivering Growth Without Boundaries for your career and our clients.

Day-To-Day Role Summary

 

  • Execute, optimize, and report on paid campaigns across search and social
  • Manage a portfolio of clients’ paid media campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Proactively lead internal relationships & communicate technical subjects effectively.
  • Management and tutoring of team members
  • Ensure campaigns deliver against the client’s objectives while providing analysis and recommendations to improve performance
  • Work alongside Sales and the wider client services team to pitch Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and social media ads to both existing and prospective clients.

Job Requirements

  • Ideally, 3+ years in the role using Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Able to demonstrate proficiency in (I) analysis, reporting & communication, and (ii) technical understanding
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Primarily; Excel and PowerPoint)

 

Technical Skills

 

  • Define best practices for setup and optimization across the media platforms and effectively share knowledge
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere.
  • Carry out, manage and define processes & products for accurate implementation work, taking a longer-term view
  • Demonstrate "Thought Leadership" and regularly offer alternative, creative solutions within the specialism.
