Job Description

We are hiring fluent English speaking Customer Service Representatives (Collections & Escalations) for a Canadian account. The candidates should fit in one of the fields below:

  • We offer basic salary, transportation allowance, monthly bonus on KPIs.
  • Medical & Social insurance post probation period.
  • The office is in New Maadi (Palestine Street).
  • 2 Rotational Shifts, from 4 pm to 12 pm & from 8 pm to 4 am.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
  • Data entry in various platforms.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 - 5 years of call center experience (English Account).
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work rotational shifts, multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Ability to type at least 35-45 words per minute.
  • Knowledge of HVAC industry is preferable.
  • English language proficiency is a MUST.
