Job Description
Dealing with contracts (drafting and reviewing all types of agreements, tender documents, contracts and third party relationships) and reporting findings and observations to the department head for validation.
* Acts as a basic partner to conduct legal research with the various functions of the company by participating in providing legal advice.
* Prepare case briefs and summarize depositions, interrogatories and testimony.
* Litigation management by following up the company's legal cases in terms of lawsuits filed by or against the company, police reports and government communications, and representing the company before the Egyptian court in legal cases that deal with all litigation procedures.
* Supervising the follow-up of the company's property insurance process in line with all applicable laws and regulations.
* Communicating with various government agencies to avoid exposing the company to any legal risks (district - governorate - labor office - insurance office - etc.).
* Preparing monthly or quarterly reports on pending cases.
* Processing the process of General Assembly and Board of Directors meetings Drafting the minutes of the Board of Directors, Ordinary Assemblies and Extraordinary Assemblies (OGM, Extraordinary General Assembly), approval/certification by SAGIA and ensuring proper execution of documents and obtaining appropriate approvals.
Job Requirements
* Registered member in the syndicate (primary) at least.
* At least (7 to 10) years of experience as a lawyer.
* The ability to communicate well and build excellent relationships with multiple parties.
* Full knowledge of the applicable laws.
