Job Description
- Manage stakeholders across a variety of customer base across verticals by identifying and assessing training needs
- Working as a Relationship Manager for creating and supporting large variety of training solutions
- Participate in RFP calls with prospective customers to present training lifecycles (customized for each program depending on industry and scope of work)
- Spearhead project management through training solution design for new transition
- Guiding sales and solutioning teams in creating customized Knowledge Acquisition plans based on consultancy, design, delivery and management
- Manage Appraisal Cycle and Performance Rewards Program
- Define training related Consequence Management across GEOs - keeping the local laws in mind
- Define Learning Management Systems and Employee Training Life Cycle for new set ups and Geo expansions
Job Requirements
- Qualification – Graduate with exposure to Finance and Accounts
- Experience – 10 + Years in BPM industry – 5 years in Training leader role
- Involved in Vendor Management including On-boarding of vendor trainers, Accreditation on content and Calibrating with vendor partners
- Guide the Content Development teams globally
- Project manage content development and training roll out for PST and domain skills development programs
- Drive new innovative and measurable learnings solutions with a focus on continuous and multi-generational upskilling, reskilling, talent retention and engagement.
- Provide subject matter expertise for the respective domains in the areas of upskilling and reskilling
- Strategies employee and leadership capability enhancement curriculum and content development, learning need assessment, e-learning, learning program effectiveness evaluation etc.
- Act as a strategic business partner to Service Delivery, Solutioning, Recruitment and Transition
- This role needs to establish credibility and build robust relationship with functions leaders partnering closely with them in large scale L&D programs
- Drive agile ways of working and incorporate a more flexible and fluid project management approach
- Incorporate emerging trends and new leadership paradigm in learning solution systems and technologies
- Ensure effective integration of learning development practices with strategic talent and enterprise white HR initiative
