Job Description

We’re a collaborative team of programmers, engineers, architects, and designers offering a wide range of professional services to our clients including web and software development, cybersecurity and penetration testing, digital marketing and graphic design, architectural design and consultation, as well as virtual and augmented reality.

We’re seeking a social media manager who can manage our social media pages on different platforms to help share our work and engage with our audience. The ideal candidate shall share our passion and enthusiasm about technology, always keen on learning new skills and open to experimenting with new ideas.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Strategy: Create, plan, and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our company's goals.
  • Content Creation and Management: Produce high-quality, engaging, and creative content tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Audience Engagement: Monitor, engage, and respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages in a timely manner to build a strong community and foster relationships.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or native platform insights to report on engagement, follower growth, and other KPIs. Provide insights and suggestions for continuous improvement.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, and industry news to keep our content fresh, innovative, and relevant.
  • Automation and Scheduling: Utilize social media automation tools to schedule and streamline content publishing across platforms, optimizing posting times and improving efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent command of written English language.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop is a huge advantage.
