Job Description
- Maintain payroll records and related documents.
- Maintain records of personnel-related data (Employees database, Vacation balance, turnover rates etc.).
- implement governmental related forms “Form 1, Form 6, Form 2, work permits “.
- Prepare all kinds of deductions and overtime required documents.
- Update and maintain employees ‘attendance records.
- Track the employees absent days through the attendance system and inform the employees to submit a signed approved relevant form.
- Issue the employment contracts
- Manage the legislative processes with the legal entities (Labor office, social insurances)
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of professional in the personnel and payroll departments.
- Very Good in MS Office ( EXCEL).
- very good in communication skills.
- Details oriented
- Reporting Skills
- Near to New Cairo
