Job Description
- Adhere to the systems and procedures that have been devised for each project
- Assist in the annual budget planning process
- Generation of new leads and promotion of existing lead relationships
- Analyses and shortlist potentials tenants based on leads requirements
- Undertake retail/GLA viewings with potential tenants
- Negotiation of all transactions
- Finalization of lease contracts
- Delivery of the Commercial Leasing division’s revenues
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and maintaining high presence in the marketplace
- Developing and implementing leasing campaigns for both managed and new listings
- Preparing client progress reports on campaigns and attending client meetings
- Provide accurate and timely project status
- Identify, develop and maintain Development and contacts at the company’s events and press conferences in order to create market awareness
- Assist head of department with the other various tasks and responsibilities as may be required from time to time
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of leasing experience within the Commercial market
- MS Office
- A successful leasing record
- The ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- A drive for results and the commitment to overachieve
