Job Description
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Assist HR Manager in recruitment activities such as and not limited to arranging interviews, conduct reference check once needed and issuing job offers to new candidates and other related tasks.
- Manage the personnel process in line with HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Assist with new employees' orientation and update their database.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and procedures when necessary.
- Completes special projects and performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Advanced Excel Skills is Mandatory.
- Maximum age is 30.
- Working days: Sun. to Thu. (9 AM -5 PM)
- Proven working experience as HR Generalist (1-3 Years maximum)
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge and experience covering Personnel, Payroll and Recruitment.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Fluency in English is a must for this position.
