Job Description

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Assist HR Manager in recruitment activities such as and not limited to arranging interviews, conduct reference check once needed and issuing job offers to new candidates and other related tasks. 
  • Manage the personnel process in line with HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Assist with new employees' orientation and update their database.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and procedures when necessary.
  • Completes special projects and performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Advanced Excel Skills is Mandatory.
  • Maximum age is 30.
  • Working days: Sun. to Thu. (9 AM -5 PM)
  • Proven working experience as HR Generalist (1-3 Years maximum)
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience covering Personnel, Payroll and Recruitment.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Fluency in English is a must for this position.
