Job Overview:
Your role as a Credit Support Officer is to review and provide confirmation of documentation to support customer loan applications. This includes the review of information to ensure it correctly identifies the customer is correct and is within the standards required.
Main Duties:
- Review loan applications and verify completeness of required documents.
- Coordinate with applicants to collect any missing information.
- Maintain accurate records of application status.
- Interact with customers to guide them through the loan application process.
- Explain application procedures, document requirements, and data submission.
- Demonstrate the loan application software to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a polite and helpful demeanor.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or other business-related fields.
- Minimum 2 years’ work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products.
- Customer service experience.
- B2B documentation Preferable in financial sector.
- Ability to work in different time zones according to targeted markets.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent English language – written and spoken.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office-Word, XL and PowerPoint, general computer uses and CRM.
