Job Description
installing and configuring PCs, laptops, and servers' hardware, software, systems, networks, WIFI, printers, and scanners.
• Monitor and maintain Servers, computer systems, and networks.
• Support Staff either face to face, over the phone, or remotely for solving problems.
• Help desk and front office support.
• All Printers category maintenance.
• Manage and Repair equipment and replace parts.
• Manage and Installation CCTV (IP Cam)
• Liaise with Internet Service Providers (ISP) for internet connection
• Manage Domain Controller, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
• Manage File Server (Sharing and Permissions)
• Manage and Monitor Sophos - FortiGate ( Users, Policies, and Traffic)
• Manage Backup Solution
• Manage and configure Cisco Switches
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field and/or equivalent
• 3-5 years experience in IT field.
• Knowledge of Windows Operating System, hard desk management tools, Microsoft Office, Network Management Software, Remote Control Software, Etc.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software problems
• Wide knowledge of office software applications
• Microsoft MSCA
• Cisco CCNA
