Job Description
Job Purpose:
- Identify the project's costs and monitor the commitment to such costs.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop the cost plans/estimates to be committed to;
- Review and approve contractors/consultants' invoices to ascertain their compliance with the scheme.
- Monitors the cash flows of the project and compares them with the target in the schedule to ensure compliance with the scheme.
- Monitors project progress, consumption rates of raw materials, costs, and orders to change orders and identify any potential risks to avoid them.
- Makes recommendations for any deviations from the planned budget to ensure compliance with the budget.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 4-6 years of experience in relevant field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Commercially and financially aware.
- Highly developed analytical skills.
- Focus on results and organized with the capacity to plan and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.
