Job Description

Clicktick is an application designed to provide a user-friendly and seamless experience for customers looking to purchase IT products and services, catering to both individuals and corporatentities. Our user-friendly platform is designed to be more efficient, faster, and more convenient than any other platform on the market, allowing us to reach a wider audience. 

Responsibilities: 
 

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process. 
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer need
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • provide unique solutions and customer quotes and liaising with the relevant departments to ensure successful delivery.  
  • Be responsible for selling the company’s sales and distribution solutions to B2B and B2C customers.  
  • Generate sales revenue and gross profit as per agreed targets and time scales. 
  • Draw up a project proposal to include products and costings and design a complete sales solution.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience of IT sales (Products or services) 
  • An ability to prospect for new business – business to business and business to consumer
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  •  Fast learner and passion for sales
