Job Description
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. The Graphic Designer should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. The successful candidate will need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design.

Responsibilities
- Study design briefs and determine requirements.
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints.
- Keep up with the latest in global design trends.
- Be very familiar with colour theory.
- Employ a strong sense of problem-solving through visuals.
- Be consistent with the level of design.
- Be able to work on schedule.
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic design project.
- Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce final design.
- Test graphics across various media.
- Amend designs after feedback.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Be able to align visual communication with strategy to deliver the utmost value to our clients.
Job Requirements
- Proven graphic designing experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Excellent Proficiency in written English
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in but not limited to related field.
