Job Description
- Creating a holistic approach around engagement and well-being which enables workers to have a voice and be their best in order to improve their productivity.
- Maintain knowledge of factors affecting employee engagement like (Work environment, Job, Management style, Compensation & Benefits, development and succession opportunities, etc.…) to advocate strategies to enhance employee engagement with senior management.
- Create work plans to implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Facilitates the distribution of employee engagement surveys and ensure data compilation from employee engagement surveys.
- Analyzes the results of employee engagement surveys to identify trends and needed areas of improvement across time.
- Identifies the need to adjust employee engagement initiatives based on impact.
- Champions employee engagement initiatives among senior management and sets outcome measures for the successful completion of the work plan.
- Gains executive approval for the work plan.
- Fully aware of the criticality of employee engagement concepts while ensuring that employee engagement initiatives will be effective before its implementation.
- Instill corporate values and desired behaviors/skills that will help promote the current culture.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any relevant field
- Presentable

- Previous experience in marketing is preferable
Work Condition:
- 6 days per week
- 8 hours per day
