Pioneers IT is Microsoft Gold Partner and leading firm in the reign. We are looking for an ambitious Senior Marketing Specialist to be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of our marketing strategy. You will focus on creating, implementing, tracking, and optimising our digital and traditional marketing campaigns across various marketing channels.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
- Collaborate with sales team to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
- Assisting with the analyses of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new marketing opportunities
- Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs
- Promoting brand awareness through marketing efforts.
- Creating marketing materials for our website and other marketing platforms.
- Performing other duties when needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- 3 or more years of marketing experience (digital and traditional) in a corporate, or agency environment.
- Proven experience in developing marketing plans and strategy.
- Proven experience in developing Go To Market plan for new products or new markets.
- Experience with B2B marketing for at least 2 years.
- Experience with enterprise software solutions marketing.
- Experience using marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or other similar ones.
- Fluent in English
