Job Description
- Contact current or potential customers to promote products or services.
- Set appointments, meet & present new/existing product for customers.
- Present, promote new products and offering special deals.
- Target on client requests through multiple choice
- Confirming sales actions, prices, contract terms and payments.
- Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service.
- Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by telephone.
- Track local market conditions and competition opportunity
- Attend Real Estate events, conferences and seminars and keeping up with industry trends.
- Reporting sales trends to Sales Management/department manager

Job Requirements
- Experience: 2-4 years in real estate sales.
- Experience in Selling Real Estate brokerage field is a MUST.
- Experience in the real estate market in New Capital & 5th Settlement
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing business and client needs.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely and independently meet timelines and deliverables
- Well organized, self-disciplined and professional.
- Very good English.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Preferred to own a car
- Female & Male
- Very Good communication skills and presentation skills.
