Job Description

We are recruiting for our client multiannual manufacturing company in Egypt ,manufacturer of home and personal care products.

Responsibilities

- Get monthly POs from customers.

- Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay.

- Manages activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle to make sure that established deadlines are met.

- Create sales orders through SAP for the order received from customers on daily basis, and to follow up on the loading plan with the WH team.

- Handle any returned goods and analyze the route cause.

- Issue the invoices to customers vs the loaded QTYs throw the E-Invoicing portal.

- Create/share sales closing reports with the customers/management on monthly basis.

- Follow up on complaints from customers.

- Maintain the pricing condition in SAP for all finished products.

- Makes sure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels.

- Interact with third-party logistics service providers if needed.

- Maintain communication with warehouse staff to ensure proper working order.

- Assist customers with inquiries and/or complaints.

Work environment :

- Work Location : Industrial Zone ,6 of October city

- No transportation ( the salary will including the transportation allowance )

- Working hours : From 8 am to 5 pm

- Days off : Friday & Saturday

Job Requirements

 

-  From 2 -5 years of professional experience as customer service Supply chain or logistics.

- Excellent English Language skills; both spoken and written

- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

- Able to promptly answer support-related emails, phone calls, and online meetings.

- 6th of October or Giza government resident is a must
