Job Description
- Responsible for the marketing of company products and services to the right market Either Business to Business or Business to customer.
- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional staff activities.
- Responsible for calling a mix of marketing communications, marketing research.
- Evaluate monitors and develop skills of assigned product management teams.
- Global target forecasting.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.
- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.
- Developing and maintaining marketing strategies for products under her/his responsibility to meet agreed company objectives.
Job Requirements
- BSc. Pharmacy, physician, veterinary or any related field.
- Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 9 years of progressively previous experience in the field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience at professional product management.
- Professional courses attended are adding value.
- Medical background.
- Technical marketing skills
