Job Description

We are looking for a Creative Director to join our team!  You will be heading up our creative and art departments and be responsible for the creative output of the agency on all client projects.  As a leader in digitally-led creative, you will have a wealth of experience in digital advertising, as well as ATL and BTL to be able to deliver amazing integrated campaigns. You will also have vast experience managing large groups of people in different creative roles, as well as fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation and creative excellence. 

Your role includes:

  • Driving the ideation, conceptualization, and crafting of client campaigns from brief, through to delivery.  We rely on you for inspiring creative ambition in your team and guiding them to creative excellence.
  • Driving the strategic direction of all client work, and ensuring the brands' creative objectives are always best served under your stewardship.  You will serve as the face of our creative team with clients who will trust in your experience and strategic advice when it comes to fulfilling brand objectives.
  • Being able to juggle a multitude of projects with several working teams in parallel, in an organized creative department structure, always staying ahead of deadlines, and delivering client requirements.
  • To raise the creative bar for the agency constantly, and generate creative fame for not only us, but the brands who trust us to deliver their creative work.  We want to be seen as a beacon of creativity to our staff, clients, and the industry at large.
  • Managing creative department team structure, and identifying opportunities to develop in certain areas which can be achieved by hiring in, and developing different talent within the agency.
  • Encouraging bold thinking, and unexpected ideas within your team and creating an atmosphere of creative excellence in the face of tough client briefs, and challenging deadlines.
  • Working closely with other creative directors to manage company resources, foster creative talent, and develop the agency output to new heights year on year.
  • You will also work closely with other Client Servicing, Business Development department heads and report directly to the GM.

Job Requirements

Requirements include:

  • 8 - 12 years’ experience in creative leadership with a proven track record of heading up large creative teams successfully.
  • A stunning portfolio of work spanning digital, ATL, and BTL with strong creative concepts, beautiful art direction, and witty copy.
  • A passion for design, creativity, art, technology and a desire to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Possessing effective and charismatic client communication and presentation skills.
  • A deep understanding of advertising and experience facilitating strategic and creative brainstorming sessions, and directing creative execution.
  • Ability to work under deadlines, think creatively against budget demands, and stay focused simultaneously on the big picture and the smallest details.
  • Strong organizational abilities, including time and resource management.
