Job Description
Wanderlust Travel is hiring Operations Executive based in Sheraton Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling relations with overseas Tour Operators, Local Suppliers, planning the activities for the tour groups and individuals before their arrival to Egypt in pursuit of our company’s excellence goals, resolving quality issues.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Book all services with local suppliers (hotels, bus companies, restaurants, flight tickets, local guides, etc)
- Handling administrative tasks such as: assuring bookings and reservations are all done properly and in good order, preparing documents, following up tour services, reviewing all expenses, issuing invoices, and following of payments
- Quality correspondence and inquiry response with operators
- Provide updates to management on monthly/weekly basis
- Book and confirm all arrival and departure transfers (to/from airport)
- Book and confirm all accommodation
- Book and confirm special arrangements/request
- Assure quality issues and handle relations with suppliers (bus companies, restaurants, local guides, etc.)
- Meet and Interact with travelers on site
- Offer 24/7 emergency support for all guides
- After hours and weekend support phone for emergencies
Requirements:
- English language is a must
- Experience in tourism operations is required
- Experience in client management
- Flexibility in working hours
- Flexibility for going on the road if needed
- Experience with Microsoft Excel/ Word/Outlook is a must
- Ability to work in a team
