Job Description
- Prepares work requests in coordination with the Recruitment Department
- Prepares personnel files in terms of justifications for appointments and company forms
- He coordinates with the Recruitment Department in preparing an introduction and training plan for new employee
- Prepares an insurance file for new employees and sends it to the insurance specialist
- Follows up on the end of the probationary period and the renewal of contracts with the direct manager on the specified dates
- He follows up on the issuance of health insurance cards with the insurance specialist
- He solves the problems of labor offices and insurances in coordination with the insurance specialist
- It lists and reviews all vacations and holidays on SAP System
- He prepares the allowances and overtime for all employees and sends them to the direct manager
Job Requirements
- Males only.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1- 2 years of experience.
- Good command of English.
- Professional use of Microsoft office applications (Excel,Word)
- Attention to details and strong communication skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and people skills.
