Job Description
- Promote the sales of properties to potential customers.
- Gather market and customer information.
- Arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
- Listen to customers’ requests and offer them the best offer from the existing inventory
- Maintain and develop relationships with potential customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails.
- Keep proper record of sales activities and approached customers’ data order information.
- Advise the customers on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
- Coordinate selling process with the real-estate brokerage companies, following up with them, reaching a
- wider range of prospects and closed deals.
Job Requirements
- Developer Experience more than 2 years.
- Real Estate Ex. more than 3 years is a must
- Giza residence.
- Presentable and discipline.
- Good Eng.
- Owns a car is a must
- Females are preferred
